Can I Tell My Side of the Story?

When the social worker conducts his or her investigation, the parents will have the opportunity to tell their side of the story. That story will be contained in a social worker's report that the judge will have the opportunity to review. The parents can also choose to testify at any hearing and tell their side of the story.
