At the Johnson Criminal Law Group, we get a lot of calls about bench warrant recalls. In many cases, we can recall the warrants for clients, but where an individual is charged with an outstanding felony, they will be required to come to California and we will appear with them to recall the warrant. When we get to court, we’ll figure out whether or not that individual will be released on their own recognizance with a promise to come back to court on the next date or if they will need to post bail to remain out of custody.

We work very closely with our clients even before we get to court to determine whether we think it’s likely the court will set bail so that we can get their bail arrangements in order before we ever get to court.
